My Play
Prior to the review of this slot, I had played and completed bonus game #2 (Refuel Bonus) of the feature.
I began play again with a $30 start, playing 25 lines at 2 cents per line, betting one coin per line, for a total of 50 cents per spin.
Of 110 total spins on that money, I did not hit the bonus feature or the free spins at all. Obviously, having taken 110 spins I did win small sustaining amounts here-and-there getting 2 Scarlets only twice during my play.
My ending purse was negative $29.68. BUT .... knowing that I was ahead twice before playing this slot, I tried again with a $50 start and increased my betting to $1.25 per spin (25 lines, 5 cents per line, one coin per line), and I'm glad I did!
Of 148 total spins I hit the bonus play four times allowing me to complete my journey with The Captain and be awarded the bonus for doing so. I also got the free spin feature once, and Scarlet appeared in twos, 8 times for me, doubling my triggering bet each time. The "G" wilds also appeared more often for me than with my first play, and my ending purse showed a profit win of $182.87 after I deducted my initial $80 investment.

Overall
In my book a slot definitely worth playing. You may have periods of wanting to give up and leave, but I've found, so far, that if you're able to stick with it you'll be glad that you did.
