Most casinos also allow you to deposit using several other methods where an eWallet, Prepaid card or credit and debit card is not an option for you. Typically these include Bank Wire (in the USA there is the equivalent known as "ACH"), cheque or "Western Union" Credit Transfers. I think each of these is fairly self-explanatory so further description is not required, but you should be aware that these options do exist as an alternative to the methods outlined above. Where you have a choice, I would use an eWallet over these methods for speed and convenience.

Each casino homepage will have a "Banking" page which will outline the methods available so you can check to see if Bank Wire and cheque depositing are accepted. Pretty much every casino will allow you to cash out with these methods, though they do obviously take a little longer subject to banking codes of practice in your country of residence.

For US residents, following the UIGEA of 2006, Ecocard seems to be becoming the most popular method of depositing and withdrawing.
