4 to Watch

Arsenal vs Hull City

The Tigers/City/whatever that crazy bloke fancies may have had their own way against Liverpool on Sunday, but Arsenal are the real deal this season – contenders more than pretenders – even if they still have some tough tests to pass this month. Particularly impressive of late has been their defensive form, where they have picked up four clean sheets from their last five, and haven’t conceded more than one goal since the opening day and that defeat to the Villa. Back them to win to nil with our good friends at Betfair at 1.57.

Crystal Palace vs West Ham United

Ah, one for the purists. The return of Tony Pulis was good news for Big Sam of course, with him leaping up one place in the table of Premier League managers who play the ugliest football. This could be the worst match ever – West Ham don’t have any strikers and Crystal Palace have Chamakh. Take the 0-0 at 9.8 with Betfair, and spend Tuesday evening pondering if BT couldn’t have spent the money on something better.

Southampton vs Aston Villa

During the second half at the Bridge on Sunday, all that pressing looked like it was finally beginning to tire out the Saints. And even the most fancy mattresses in the world won’t help them out against speedsters Agbonlahor and Benteke. Betfair price up the away win at 6, and that is tempting enough for us.

Fulham vs Tottenham Hotspur

New manager = home win = another 6 shot on Betfair.
