Celebrity Big Brother Final 2012

Come back soon. No really…

Tomorrow night sees the end of Celebrity Big Brother 2012. Whilst this is normally an event worth celebrating, on this occasion the programme will actually be much missed, having been the usual rollercoaster of laughs, girls and tears, but this time with a dash of cunning and even menace at times.

The win market is still wide open, with three conceivable victors, all of whom have been favourite at some stage over the past ten days.

Much unfancied at the start, Frankie Cocozza  is now the justified favourite. Leaked X Factor results have revealed how incredibly popular he was on that show, despite his indiscretions and total inability to sing. Should those same voters have drifted channels, he will run away with it such is the enormity of the X Factor voter-base

But the more daring gambler would be wise to throw some shekels at the nice guy of the house – Gareth Thomas, who is 4.7 with Betfair. Remember, the kindly gypsy wasn’t supposed to win the last incarnation of the show. Might it be the turn of the gentle Welshman?

The odds will tell you that Denise Welch  is more likely to triumph than Thomas – she’s certainly had the most intriguing journey of anyone in there. A hunch however suggests that she is ultimately too polarising.

Our final tip is to back Michael Madsen at 6,.2 in the Top Male market with Betfair. FIVE has become the home of upsets, and one cannot say with certainty that it will be Cocozza’s night.
